Who We Are: We call ourselves “The Olynnials!” We’re millennials in the Olympia area who gather together for fellowship, fun activities, service projects, and spiritual growth! We are a joint group between The United Churches of Olympia and Westminster Presbyterian Church in Olympia.
You don’t have to attend either church though, we welcome everyone!
Some of us are single, some married, and some of us have kids!
When We Meet: We get together once per month for a social event in the Olympia area (new place each time). Sometimes we meet at a restaurant/brewery, at someone’s house, or at a local attraction. In addition, we will be offering a weekly small group meeting during Lent and Advent seasons (usually 6 weeks in duration). And we’re planning on doing quarterly service projects within our community.
What We Do: We plan a new event each month tailored on what folks are interested in doing. So tell us what strikes your fancy and we’ll try it out! Some activities we’ve done or are planning in the near future include:
Dinner and drinks at a brewery
Board game night
Skiing / Snowboarding / Snowshoeing at White Pass
Bowling night
Oktoberfest dinner
Escape Room
House parties
Hikes/Nature Walks
